- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ridiculously useless. Paid 2 claims on 12/2/14 and 12/19/14. On 5/29/15 they decided they were not covered. No notification of termination of coverage--ever. Kept sending new medical cards well into February 2015. Refuse to help in anyway to mitigate charges from deciding 6 months later to renege on payment. Unbelievable that insurance companies are allowed to act in this manner and never take ANY responsibility for their own screw ups.By Lynn Shumway, August 12, 2017
