  Really awful bankers. Called to try to get my girlfriend a gold medallion, because she banks with Chase and they don't have any branches within 200 miles. The woman on the phone said they can only give medallions to customers, and she said she would be happy to join. Then, the woman said you have to have been a customer for a while. After talking to her, I determined that this is NOT the policy, and it is up to her discretion, and she was simply refusing to give a medallion to certain customers. She said to call other PNCs and they might give it, so it is clearly NOT policy, it is only her choice.

  If I had to give anything less than ONE, then I will for sure hand it over to the great staff at this Owings mills branch..Totally Careless, Least bothered about customers and ask for stupid documentation all the time for petty things. Though someone can say its there rules, they are always rude and do not go any extra mile to make their customers happy. If you walk in to this branch...Don't bother about Customer Service
